Initial Spiritual Wellness consultation & 3 follow-up consultations included.

Follow-up investment must be paid before the next appointment by choosing the appropriate option in Shelowann's scheduler. Initial Spiritual Wellness consultation & 3 follow-up consultations included:
1st week, initial consultation/$200 - 1 1/2 hrs.
2nd week, follow-up/$95 - (2 weeks after the initial consult), 1 hr.
3rd week, follow-up/$90.00 - (3 weeks after the 2nd follow-up), 1 hr.
4th week, follow-up/$90.00 - (4 weeks after the 3rd follow-up), 1 hr.

Spiritual Wellness consultations are for individuals that are not interested in an herbal protocol. The Spiritual Wellness consultations are times in which the client and Shelowann will discuss the quality of their wellness and how to improve it.
This may include and is not limited to detoxification, food lifestyle, nutrition, current life quality in body, mind and spirit and more. The client may need assistance or direction in tweaking their current wellness lifestyle in order to continue or reach optimal wellness. In other words, a potential reset may be needed with Shelowann's guidance. Shelowann has over 18 years of personal and professional experience. Read just a little bit about it here.
Spiritual Wellness consultations are for 1 1/2 hour. The client will be asked to fill out a Consent to Services & Disclaimer form prior to their session,
which is located below. Please be sure to fill out and sign the form before a scheduled appointment and get it to Shelowann. Expect spiritual
recommendations.

Communication
Healthy and respectful communication are important in the client/practitioner relationship. Shelowann is
there for her clients as they have the courage to take this journey. She will communicate, mainly via email about the client's wellness protocol, why she chose every recommendation
contained in the wellness protocol and the work involved for the client to begin the protocol. Many of the recommendations will even be discussed beginning with the initial wellness
consultation.
Email is not to be used or abused by the client to ask frequent questions, especially after a consultation. That is what the consultations are for. The client has the option to ask 2 questions via email only after any initial or follow-up Spiritual Wellness Consultation within 4 weeks or 28 days after the appointment.. This then makes it important for the client to listen, to hear, to take notes, pay attention during their consultations and to be prepared before the consultation begins.
Signed Documents
It is the client's responsibility to print and bring any documents that must be signed that are found on each service page, to their appointment. The documents may be emailed as well. The Consent to Services and Disclaimer forms must be signed and received before the consult begins.
Appointment Arrival
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your consult is scheduled to begin.
Consultations
Clients should prepare for their initial consultation by filling out the Intake form, thinking about what they would like help with, what their goals are, being open, ready and willing. The Intake form is to assist in the former and it is not necessary that Shelowann receive it before the consultation. The 1 ½ hours will go by fast so prepare!
Shelowann always leaves it up to the client to choose the number of consultations they will commit to. However, it is a fact that most clients receive more when they commit to at least, 3 consultations that are anywhere from 2-4 weeks apart. This allows for more cohesiveness, tweaking of a wellness protocol and respect for the client and Shelowann.
Client Compliance
It is imperative in the beginning of the client/practitioner relationship to establish client compliance with the recommended wellness protocol. This allows the client to take full responsibility and control of their journey and with themselves. Doing work outside of the consults and wellness protocol compliance is important. The time clients spend with Shelowann does not compare to the time a client spends loving themselves. Protocols take time to do make habitual and work best when food lifestyle, exercise and other spiritual therapies are implemented regularly.
Appointment Cancellations & No Call/No Show
In order to harness respect and communication among client/practitioner, if the client needs to cancel their appointment please give Shelowann 24 hours notice or they will be charged the regular consult fee. She then reserves the right not to continue partnering with a client if they are a no show and no call.
If a client is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment they will lose their appointment. It is at the discretion of Shelowann to reschedule their appointment. If a client is running less than 10 minutes late for their appointment, it is their responsibility to contact Shelowann immediately. Frequent lateness will result in Shelowann asking the client not to continue using her services.
Client Emergencies
If a client gets lost during the drive or has any type of emergency less than 24 hours before their consultation especially if they are on their way to their consultation, it is their responsibility to contact Shelowann immediately via phone.
Practitioner Emergency
If an emergency arises for Shelowann she will reschedule the client's appointment at both of their convenience.
Appointment Location
The address and telephone contact number for in-person consults are provided after payment is made and a few days before the client's appointment. The shop is located in Millersville, Maryland.
Sugar, Caffeine and Alcohol
No excessive caffeine or sugar are to be ingested 1 1/2 - 2 hours before a consultation.
Please do not arrive to a consultation under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Energy of Consultations
Consultations with Shelowann are relaxed, organic and fun! It’s a time for the client to sit back and relax to receive attention. It’s a time for the client to understand they will be listened to and not judged. These consultations are about supporting the client's body, mind, spirit and environment. The more the client is open the more the client will receive during and after their consults. The more committed and unyielding the client is the more guidance Shelowann can offer them. This is in addition to the client being committed to doing their work outside of the consults.
Hence, clients must remember that Shelowann offers them what they need, not what they want,.
Acceptable Form of Payment – Paypal
Payments work in conjunction with the appointment scheduler. Appointments will be scheduled and confirmed automatically after payment is received via this website.
Payment Plans (Consultations only)
Clients that opt to be on a payment plan via one of the package plans will be sent an invoice before their appointment. Payment must be made before the appointment begins.
Refunds
No refunds after service(s) have been rendered.
Any payments made through PayPal in which there is a discrepancy filed, the client will be responsible for paying the initial fee PayPal deducted for that service(s) rendered by being sent an invoice. The invoice will outline the initial fee charged to Shelowann on the service(s).
